Job Description:
The Campus Center Administrator for Victor is responsible for the management of the Center, supervising Center staff, working with academic administrators, faculty and support staff members. This position is responsible for the Center's operations to include scheduling, program and course offerings, marketing and promoting access to credit and noncredit courses and related events offered at the Center. The administrator is also responsible for development and oversight of the center's budget. The Campus Center Administrator works with the College's Partners and other agencies in scheduling and managing resources for courses and special events at the Center. In addition, this position oversees facilities maintenance, operations and security in cooperation with the landlord, FLCC departments, and external service agencies. Evening and weekend hours are to be expected.
Requirements:
Master's Degree required. Five years experience at a mid-management level with supervisory and budgetary responsibilities required including experience with team-building. Experience in managing the delivery of educational services and programs, preferably in higher education environment. Experience with course scheduling, enrollment management, marketing of educational service and programs, special events management and establishing productive partnering relationships is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
